  • Work closely with Business heads, and Head of Branding, key responsibilities lie in 2 areas :
    1. localization of main English campaigns where appropriate, into appropriate messaging appealing for the Japanese market
    2. take leadership in generating ideas and messaging for local Japanese market
  • Create various compelling marketing materials to be used across various media platforms – offline and online. Materials include but are not limited to: brochures, EDMs, online banners, advertisements, pull up banners, gift cards, corporate gifts, in-house collaterals etc
  • For the social media platform, develop and execute social media strategies including content development with local nuances.  Feed into master content calendar for the brand and each business unit with objective to increase awareness for the H2 brand and to build up followers community.
  • Recommend and execute Public Relations strategies & activities to build awareness for,  and enhance the brand value of H2 Group. Activities include but are not limited to: media familiarization, media enquiries, media giveaways, media events, media engagement etc.
  • Provide Marketing Communications and Public Relations support
  • Be principal driver of marketing to domestic Japanese market
  • Contribute to strategic direction and execution of all communication materials for H2 Group.
  • Ensure consistent adherence to Corporate Identity guidelines.
  • Work closely with Assistant General Manager, Sales & Marketing, and Corporate leadership to develop new campaigns for the respective market segments.
  • Recommend, use and optimize various communication platforms to engage with various audiences and market segment.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies include content management to promote the Hotel in increased awareness and build up the followers’ community.
  • Develop Public Relations strategies & activities to build and enhance the brand values of H2 Group. Activities include but not limited to; media familiarization, media enquiries, media giveaways, media events, media engagement etc.



  • Minimum University Degree in Marketing and Communications or equivalent.
  • Minimum work experience of 5 years’ experience in Marketing Communications preferably in hospitality industry.
    • a good understanding of Japanese culture, needs and wants in areas of hospitality
  • Professional business fluency in English and Japanese, verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in office automation software such as Microsoft Excel, Power point and Word.
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines.
