The Role

Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning and preparing holiday rental properties to a high standard of cleanliness. Housekeeping is performed before, during and after guest stays.

This position represents a genuine opportunity to work for a growing, aspirational brand in the luxury travel industry.

Key responsibilities

  • Cleaning of rental accommodation, public areas and offices.
  • Bed making and changing of linen and towels.
  • Inspection of rooms prior to guest arrival.
  • Replenish housekeeping supplies and bath amenities for guests.
  • Assist with damage inspections after guest check-out.
  • Report maintenance problems observed during cleaning to the Facilities Manager.
  • Maintain a professional and helpful attitude whilst on duty towards guests, suppliers, visitors and colleagues.
  • Performs other duties or tasks as assigned by the management.

 

 

 

Skills we are looking for

  • Organized and well-presented with an excellent eye for detail.
  • Flexibility – able to cope well with varied and changing tasks.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping – preferred but not required.
  • Driving license valid in Japan – preferred but not required.

What we offer

  • Part time: Hourly wage of ¥1,200 – ¥1,300 depending on experience
  • Full time: Monthly salary between ¥200,000 – ¥270,000 depending on experience. Pension and healthcare.
  • Company uniform will be provided.
  • Transportation to and from work may be provided.
