Position : Guest Services Staff

Full, time, Seasonal position for 23-24 season


Key Responsibilities 

– Handling guest enquiries over email, phone, and in person, and converting these enquiries into bookings in our accommodations 

– Greeting and checking guests into their accommodation 

– Assist guests during their stay to ensure they have a positive and memorable holiday in Niseko.

– Ensure properties are presentable and in good condition by checking the properties before the guest arrival

– Pick up and drop off the guests

– Upsell Taiga’s guest services to guests

Key Qualities

– Experience in guest services/hospitality is preferred

– Team player who enjoys working and communicating with co-workers

– Focused on delivering good outcomes with integrity


Working Period

December 1, 2023 to the mid of April 2024


Working Hours

40 hours per week, 8 Hours per day, 2 days off per week, paid overtime.



¥1,300-1,700 per hour depending on skills and experience



  • Lift pass subsidy, 
  • Staff accommodation located a 10-minute drive. A company van will be provided for commuting
