looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Guest Service Staff, helping us
create unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Role Overview:

As a member of our Guest Service team, you will be the face of our property, providing warm,
attentive, and personalized service to our guests. You will play a key role in ensuring their stay is
seamless, enjoyable, and memorable. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and
rewarding environment, surrounded by the natural beauty of Niseko.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
  •  Provide information about the property, local attractions, and activities in Niseko.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest
    experiences.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
  • Assist with reservations, bookings, and special arrangements for guests.
  • Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and service at all times.
  • Support seasonal events and activities as required.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in guest service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not
    essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Japanese or other languages is a strong
    advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to seasonal demands.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest
    experiences.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
