A key role, the Guest Services Manager reports to the Senior Operations Manager and the Cluster Manager Thailand & Japan. This is a full time role throughout the entire year, based in Kutchan, Hokkaido. Working closely with the Villa Specialists and Housekeepers, this role ensures that guests are satisfied with the end-to-end service level from inquiry to check out.


Guest Services

  • Ensure flawless, upscale and professional guest service experiences.
  • Respond to guests needs and anticipate their unstated ones, handle guests’ complaints.
  • Assist all local sales and marketing activities, including events and photo shoots.
  • Coordinate booking and pre-arrival details with all teams.
  • Keep record of all guest data, guest reviews and complaints.
  • Inspects properties before the guest check-in/after the guest check out.
  • Meets and greets guests on arrival and check in/assist check out.
  • Adheres to the company’s SOPs.
  • Handles company mobile phone requests.
  • Salary – 280,000 JPY



  • Works independently.
  • Prior experience in the travel and luxury industries highly desirable.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Fluency in English and Japanese is essential.

  • Has a Japanese driver’s license.
