We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Showroom Sales Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate is a snowboard enthusiast with a passion for Gentemstick and a desire to provide top-notch customer service. This role involves assisting customers in selecting the perfect snowboarding gear, sharing product knowledge, and creating a memorable shopping experience.

Position: Showroom Sales Staff


Employment period:

December 1st 2023 to Late March 2024


Working hours:

11:30am to 7pm

5days per week


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in selecting snowboarding equipment, including boards, bindings, and gear, that matches their preferences and needs.
  • Provide in-depth product knowledge and recommendations to guide customers in their purchasing decisions.
  • Create a welcoming and engaging environment in the showroom, ensuring customers feel valued and comfortable.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom to showcase our products effectively. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the showroom team to provide feedback to improve the customer experience.


  • Passion for snowboarding and working in a snowy environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Basic computer skills for processing sales transactions.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Fluent English speaking level.
  • Basic conversational Japanese speaking level.
