If you’re looking to spend a few months in the heart of Niseko’s snowy wonderland, while working with an energetic and dedicated team of therapists, this could be the perfect role for you!
Position: Full-Time Assistant Manager / Receptionist
Start Date: 5 December 2024
End Date: 31 March 2025
Wage: ¥200,000/month
Shifts: Approximately 40 hours per week
Accommodation: ¥25,000/month housing subsidy

What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Keeping Communication Flowing:
- You’ll be the go-to person for clients, ensuring that emails, WhatsApp messages, and other communications are answered quickly and professionally.
- You’ll keep things smooth with our clients, business partners, and anyone else who reaches out, ensuring that they’re always met with a positive and helpful response.
2. Leading the Team:
- You’ll oversee the daily activities of our small but mighty team, both in-house and mobile services.
- You’ll make sure everyone’s working well together and delivering the high-quality service we’re known for.
3. Being the Face of the Clinic:
- You’ll greet clients with a warm smile, making sure they feel welcome and at ease from the moment they step in.
- Handling payments and issuing invoices will also be part of your role, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
4. Keeping Things Organized:
- You’ll manage stock orders (think clinic supplies, towels, etc.) and help keep the clinic clean and well-stocked.
- You’ll also be in charge of refilling creams, restocking rooms, and making sure the space is always ready to go.
- Helping with marketing, like setting up signs in the morning and bringing them in at the end of the day, will also be on your to-do list.
- At the end of each day, you’ll handle cash-ups and keep our financial records in tip-top shape.
5. Supporting Our Logistics:
- You’ll occasionally do supply runs or help clients get to and from the clinic if needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- English mandatory
- Chinese + Japanese = bonus
- Experience in a client-facing or management role (wellness, hospitality, or something similar).
- You’ll need an international driver’s license.
- Confidence using Google Drive, Sheets, Forms, and Gmail.
- A quick learner who’s adaptable and can think on your feet.
- Someone who’s professional, yet approachable, and has a genuine passion for helping others.
- Lastly, a sense of adventure—you’re going to be in one of Japan’s most exciting ski towns after all!
