Job Summary
Responsible for the efficient handling of the guest journey, from booking to arrival, check in and out,
customer service, assisting with local events, training team members and coordinating between teams.

Requirements
• Proven working experience as guest service manager or reservations manager
• Min 3 years working experience in hospitality
• Fluent in English (this position is for Japanese only)
• Ability to work flexible hours

Salary package starting at 280,000 JPY per month (negotiable)
