Job Overview

The Bell staff performs day-to-day bell and door duties. The team works together to improve the service every day for the owners and guests to experience the best hospitality in Setsu Niseko.

Responsibilities and Duties

The key tasks that are required of this person include:

  • Welcome and greet the guests as the first point of contact
  • Answering questions and guide the guest to the hotel facilities and parking
  • Manage guest luggage
  • Handle guest requests (delivery amenities and towels etc.)
  • Transportation service (Pick up and drop off guest)
  • Assist with other division as required

Reports to: Setsu Niseko Front Desk Supervisor

Qualifications / Requirements
  • Passionate about customer service
  • Physically fit and ability to lift heavy luggage
  • Understand Setsu Niseko’s vision for customer service and be committed to its delivery
  • Be an excellent, flexible, inspirational and involved team player
  • Ability to set priorities and work to deadlines with close attention to detail
  • Always be punctual and considerate of fellow work colleagues
  • Native or business level English. Conversational level Japanese is a plus.
  • Visa status permitting work in Japan
  • Possess a valid driving license in Japan
Standard Working Hours

9 hours per day (with 1 hour break); between 7:00-24:00; 30-40 hours work a week

Contract Period

①April 1, 2023 – May 7, 2023 ②June 1, 2023 – November 5, 2023 ③July 1, 2023 – September 30, 2023


¥1,300 per hour
