Chalet Ivy is a luxury boutique hotel located just 3 minutes from the Grand Hirafu ski resort. We need your international skills to work in Niseko, the most international workplace in Japan today.

Dormitory is a 20-minute walk from the hotel (negotiable).

You can drive to work from home, with transport costs.

Ski and snowboard equipment in winter with staff benefits.

Salary: ¥250,000 – ¥350,000 per month.

Working hours: 8 hours a day 8:30-17:30 / 9:00-18:00

Job Description

Hotel administration and accounting work.

Banking, telephone support, ordering supplies.

Attendance check

Check attendance, manage petty cash and change.

Input of vouchers and slips

Input of bank transfer data

Checking sales proceeds and managing accounts receivable collections.

Personnel assistant duties available.

Personnel required

PC skills

Knowledge of bookkeeping preferred

Daily English conversation skills preferred.


Annual holidays, annual paid leave, congratulatory or condolence leave, maternity/paternity leave, refreshment leave, birthday leave, etc.

*Paid holidays are encouraged.
*The hotel closes twice a year for maintenance for two weeks each, so it is easy to take long holidays.
