Hosted in her own custom built Commercial kitchen located under the yellow Niseko bridge this is a great place to unwind and meet new friends and learn the subtle tricks that can turn your Vietnamese cooking from good to unforgettable.
Running every Wednesday from 11:00am to 2:00pm over the Winter season ( Dec to March ) Nga will help you make your own Vietnamese feast which you can eat together with the cooking group.
The class is conducted in English ( and Vietnamese ! ) but we have run many classes over the years with non-english speakers and the experience is still enjoyed by our students and teachers.
Cooking is the common language that unites us all !
