Niseko Green Farm - Organic farm tour and pizza making
Learn how the vegetables we eat in everyday life are grown, harvested and cultivated. See how they are grown, harvested and harvested. Make your very own pizza from scratch using delicious ingredients.
The Yard - An Introduction to Ayurveda Workshop
In this workshop we will do a deep dive quiz to determine your personal Dosha (body type) and provide yoga, nutrition and lifestyle advice bespoke to you.
Included in the workshop is;
- A 45 minute yoga class focusing on Dosha specific yoga poses,
- A take-home sheet with Dosha specific yoga and nutritional advice.
- A Dosha specific fresh pressed juice and lite bite savoury snack made with local Niseko ingredients.

Milk Kobo Chocolate Tour, Ice cream making workshop (1hr)
See how Milk Kobo’s incredible chocolate products are produced, using sustainably sourced ingredients. Then you will be able to create your very own ice cream using Milk Kobo’s famous milk and other local ingredients.
Rankoshi Craft Workshop featuring Rankoshi special rice (30 mins)
Feel Japanese culture and taste local premium rice! MISUHIKI is Japanese traditional string art and has a meaning of connecting people. Hokkaido Rankoshi Rice was selected as the first class in-flight meal for ANA.

Compared to essential oils, herbal waters have a lower concentration of ingredients and few contraindications. You can make herbal waters and use them in your life with a variety of ideas. Room diffuser, linen water, insect repellent, lotion, etc.
